Terms & Conditions — Strength After 30

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of strengthafter30.com and any product, service, or program offered by Strength After 30 ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

2. Not medical advice

Strength After 30 provides educational content, training programs, nutrition plans, supplement audits, and lifestyle coaching. We are not a healthcare provider, and nothing on this site or in our products constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician before starting any new exercise, nutrition, or supplement program — especially if you have any pre-existing condition, injury, or are taking medication.

3. Assumption of risk

Physical training carries inherent risks including injury or, in rare cases, death. By using our programs you acknowledge these risks, accept full responsibility for your health and safety, and release Strength After 30, its founders, employees, contractors, and advisors from any liability arising from your participation.

4. Purchases, billing, refunds

All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
Digital products (PDFs, plans, courses, guides): refunds are evaluated case-by-case within 30 days of purchase. Email support@strengthafter30.com.
1:1 advisor and coaching engagements: refund terms are governed by the separate engagement agreement signed at enrollment.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in suspension of access.

5. Intellectual property

All content, materials, plans, frameworks, names, and trademarks on this site and within our products are owned by Strength After 30 or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non- exclusive license to use purchased materials for your own personal use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or share access credentials.

6. User conduct

You agree not to:

Misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with operation.
Resell or redistribute any product, plan, or content.
Misrepresent your identity, intake answers, or health history.
Harass our staff, advisors, or other customers.

7. Testimonials and results

Any testimonials, case studies, or numerical results shown reflect individual outcomes and are not a guarantee. Your results will vary based on your starting point, adherence, biology, and many other factors.

8. Third-party links

Our site and products may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The site, products, and services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Governing law
