STRENGTH AFTER 30 — RISE AGAIN
Your Body Isn't Broken.
Your Plan Is.
Watch this short message from Chad — then see what's included below.
— 01 — THE PROBLEM
You used to lift heavy weight without thinking about injuries, and you carried yourself with absolute physical confidence.
Then desk work, joint pain, or surgeries slowly chipped away at that foundation. Now, standard training programs or random trainers only seem to make your joints hurt worse.
If you want to rebuild your joints, regain real athletic strength, and stop playing defense with your body, this system is for you.

- You're not starting from zero. You're starting from frustrated.
- You don't have time to waste guessing what works.
- You're done coasting. You're ready to rebuild.
WHAT YOU GET
Ten things, working as one system
Most programs hand you a workout. This measures what's actually going on, builds the week around it, then proves it moved.
Your labs, collected at your kitchen table
An at-home kit ships before week one. You collect the sample, drop it in the prepaid envelope, and the lab processes it. Results in about 36 hours. No lab visit, no requisition, no waiting room.
A physician consult on what those numbers mean
One consult with a partner physician included. They review your results and make recommendations, and if a prescription is warranted they can write it.
The 168
One intake, then your entire week engineered. Training, nutrition, cardio, sleep, supplements, stress and travel — all 168 hours of it.
Training built for a body with history
Coach-built, adapted set to set, designed around midlife joints and old injuries. Hotel-gym variants for travel weeks.
Nutrition calibrated to your results
Macros set from your labs and your schedule, a 127-recipe library, and an ordering matrix for the weeks you live in airports.
Recovery managed off your wearable
HRV, sleep stages and training load reviewed weekly, so we adjust before you stall.
The app
Every session, every target, every check-in in one place. Trainerize, not a spreadsheet.
Direct access, and a room of men in the same spot
You get Chad, and you get the group. Men 30 to 50 rebuilding the same thing you are.
Member pricing in the shop
15% off hormone support, peptides and metabolic products for as long as you're a member.
A retest to prove it worked
Initial panel and one retest included, timed to your protocol. Numbers, not vibes.
THE DIFFERENCE
We test before we treat. Always.
Low energy at 42 has more than one cause. Before anyone talks about a protocol, we rule out the things that look identical from the outside.
- Thyroid dysfunction
- Sleep apnea
- Cortisol dysregulation
- Iron and ferritin deficiency
- Metabolic dysfunction
- Lipids and ApoB
Your comeback starts here.

How You Get It Back
Assess
Week 1You fill out one detailed intake covering body, injuries, schedule, goals, history. We figure out where you actually are. Not where you think you are.
Build the Engine
Weeks 2–8Your personalized system gets built: training, nutrition, cardio, sleep, supplements, willpower, travel. All 168 hours engineered around your body, schedule, and history. Foundation first.
Execute
Weeks 9+Follow the plan with coaching support, app-based tracking, community accountability, and programming adjustments as you progress. This is where the numbers move.
Retest and adjust
OngoingWhen a retest is called for, another kit ships. Typically six to eight weeks after a protocol starts or changes. Your plan follows your biology, not the calendar.

I train for triathlons and Ironmans. I've raced all over the world. I thought I had everything figured out. Chad showed me holes in my game I couldn't see. Major imbalances that were holding back my performance. My race numbers are up across the board, and it doesn't hurt that I've put on more muscle. Not bad for a single guy.

My wife told me on one of our coaching calls, in front of Chad, that she wanted me built like an NFL tight end. Then she added, 'Also, both you and your father have underdeveloped pecs.' Twenty-five pounds of muscle later, she hasn't stopped noticing.

THE STORY
Built by a Man Who Broke His Body and Rebuilt It
I was benching 500 pounds as a teenager. I learned to build muscle from a state-champion bodybuilder who wore bumblebee spandex and combat boots to the gym in Anchorage, Alaska. All-State linebacker. Former D1 athlete.
By my 30s, a surgeon had cut both my kneecaps loose in a single operation. For ten years, I was afraid of bathtubs. Literally. A 250-pound man terrified of slipping in his own bathroom.
Five years in, I considered amputating my leg. Not dramatically. Just the quiet math a man does when he's followed every piece of advice (rest it, baby it, don't strain it) and his body has only gotten worse.
Then I saw a 75-year-old woman squat to full depth with perfect form. I was standing twenty feet away, barely able to walk to the water fountain.
That was the day I said enough.
I went back to the fundamentals. I built the muscle, the connective tissue, the stability that a surgeon had cut away. At 40, I squatted 725. Bench back over 500.
Not because I'm special. The process works if you follow one.

You're not done.
You're hurt.
And you've been bleeding for a while.
